No. A memory archive is not a person, consciousness transfer, or resurrection. Any future AI memorial must be clearly identified as a generated interpretation, never the original person. It is not a substitute for human connection or grief support.
The person represented, the people contributing material, and others whose lives appear in it. Our principle is explicit, informed permission, not assumed consent. Conflicting wishes and the right not to participate deserve real consideration before an archive is created.
Privacy should be a deliberate choice, not a hidden setting. Access limits, revocable permissions, deletion and clear retention policies are requirements we intend to explore before a service launches. Please do not submit private memories or third-party personal information through this site.
